Professional Experience: Mr. Gillespie’s employment with Makeever and Associates, Inc. began in 2005.  In his position as Engineering Manager, Mr. Gillespie is responsible for the preparation of engineering plans for site developments including the design of waterlines, storm drainage and detention systems, sanitary sewers, water and wastewater treatment plants, grading plans, storm water pollution prevention plans, environmental permitting, and cost estimates.

Mr. Gillespie previously worked for the Seneca County Engineer’s Office for eight years and another local engineering firm where he gained valuable experience in highway and bridge design and construction and in the use of GPS surveying equipment.
