Professional Experience:

With 29 years of experience, 11 of which were with County and City Agencies as Deputy Engineer, Chief  Deputy Engineer, Highway Superintendent and City Engineer. Mr. Makeever brings with him a greater understanding of the workings of governmental agencies and the permitting processes required to obtain plan approvals and construct the project.  This experience has proven several times to be an asset to private clients wishing to construct developments.  

Mr. Makeever’s areas of expertise are in site development, storm drainage, sanitary facilities, surveying, planning, management and infrastructure maintenance.  

Mr. Makeever’s responsibilities to the company are to provide leadership and direction to sustain the company’s growth, initial client contact, monitoring the company’s quality standards in surveying and engineering and conceptual design of engineering projects. His engineering duties include the design for residential subdivisions, road realignment, various ditches and other drainage projects. He has also performed inspections for the construction of new subdivisions.
